Excellent concierge services made our stay memorable.
I was very disappointed with the lack of communication at the front desk. I requested a room upgrade upon arrival, and despite following up multiple times during my 7-night stay, I was repeatedly told there was no availability. This felt like a clear disregard for my request, especially since I had stayed at this hotel before and expected better service.

An Elegant Stay with Top-Notch Comfort
My stay was absolutely delightful! The location is superb, right in the heart of the city, allowing easy access to all attractions. I loved the spacious, beautifully designed Junior Suite that offered a luxurious feel, especially the stunning marble bathroom. The staff's attention to detail, like providing complimentary chocolates, was a lovely touch. there was a slight hiccup with breakfast service that could be improved.

We had such a blast staying here with friends! The separate living room with a marble dining table and velvet sofas was our favorite hangout spot. We even watched a movie in the intimate screening room. The staff was friendly and attentive, but be ready for a long wait for your tea at dining. Definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a fun getaway.
We had a bit of a hiccup with the tea service. It took a while for our orders to come in, which was a bit frustrating.

Superb location and lovely stay
We just spent 4 nights in a Deluxe King Room, and it was fab! The room was clean, well stocked, and comfy. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always there with umbrellas when it rained. The location is really perfect for exploring London. One small thing, the bar could get a little crowded at peak hours.

Can just recommend for a fleeting stay
Deluxe King Room, amazing service, the concierge was super-helpful in reserving us a table at the exclusive French Brasserie Zédel and the indoor swimming pool was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring nearby attractions like Piccadilly Circus.
Everything was just perfect.

We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the huge, comfy beds in our suite. The spa was a real treat, especially the sauna and massage options available to unwind after a busy day. The only downside was that the late check-out request wasn't fully accommodated, but it didn’t ruin our experience! 😊
